Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Sugar Watchers Low GI Rice
- 3 tsp ghee
- 1 small onion juliennes
- 1/2 capsicum juliennes
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 10-12 soaked soya bean chunks
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp biryani masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
- 1/2 glass water
Instructions:
- In a pressure cooker, add ghee then add onion juliennes then add capsicum juliennes then add chopped green chillies after that add soaked soya bean chunks
- mix these all ingredients well then add red chilli powder then biryani masala then dhaniya Powder and then salt to taste then add 1/2 tbsp of water to dissolve all spices well after that add chilli sauce and mixed herbs
- After this all add your soaked Sugar Watchers Low GI Rice and add 1/2 glass of water and mix it well then close your cooker and cook till 1 whistle.
- Your Soya Pulav is ready, serve it hot with your favourite drink
