Soya Pulav

Credits - 


  • 1/2 cup Sugar Watchers Low GI Rice
  • 3 tsp ghee 
  • 1 small onion juliennes 
  • 1/2 capsicum juliennes 
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 10-12 soaked soya bean chunks 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp biryani masala
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
  • 1/2 glass water


  • In a pressure cooker, add ghee then add onion juliennes then add capsicum juliennes then add chopped green chillies after that add soaked soya bean chunks 
  • mix these all ingredients well then add red chilli powder then biryani masala then dhaniya Powder and then salt to taste then add 1/2 tbsp of water to dissolve all spices well after that add chilli sauce and mixed herbs 
  • After this all add your soaked Sugar Watchers Low GI Rice and add 1/2 glass of water and mix it well then close your cooker and cook till 1 whistle.
  • Your Soya Pulav is ready, serve it hot with your favourite drink
