There is a no-cancellation policy once the order has been placed
In case of product defects, an order refund must be applied within 24 hours of delivery via contacting us via mail at cc@sugwarwatchers.in or calling us on +91 89282 79978.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and unopened
No refund or exchange is possible to post 24 hours from delivery.
No refund or exchange on opened or used products.
(i) “Buyer” shall mean a user of the Website who places an Order on the website for products or services.
(ii) “Order” shall mean a binding purchase order placed by a Buyer on the website.

(iv) “Product defects” mean – damage in packaging and, expired product only
