Cooking Instructions

Cooking instructions (Noodles) - 

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 min. Add oil and salt to taste. Too chewy - try cooking for longer. Too soft - rinse under cold water
  2. Drain the hot water and rinse with cold water
  3. Mix the noodles with your favorite pasta sauce or asian sauce and vegetables
  4. Nutritious millet noodles are ready to serve

Cooking instructions (Rice) - 

  1. Rinse the Sugar Watchers Low GI Rice with water
  2. Add water in the ratio of rice : water - 1:2
  3. Cook to boil on high heat
  4. Turn the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes
  5. Switch off the heat and rest for 10 minutes before serving
