Sugar Watchers Millets Low GI Instant Khichdi Mix
- Remove the contents and mix the powder well
- Add 1 measure of millet khichdi mix to 2.5 measures of water and mix without lumps in a cooker pan
- Add 1 tbsp of oil with 1 tbsp of ghee to the above mixture
- Cook in a pressure cooker under medium flame and until it gives 4 whistles
- Turn off the flame
- Serve as a healthy tasty meal with mango pickle
