This Instant Idli and Dosa mixes is made from Little Millets which are commonly known as 'Sama'. This instant dosa mix can be made instantly without needing hours of fermentation. These dosas can be consumed by diabetics and are good for the full family.

Sugar Watchers Millets Low GI Instant Dosa Mix
- Add 1 measure of dosa mix to 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter
- Pre-heat the tawa
- Spread sufficient amount of banner on hot tawa on medium flame
- Add 1 tbsp of oil/ghee to the sides
- Roast till dosa gets golden & crispy
- Serve with coconut/mint chutney

- Add 1 measure of idli mix to 1 measure of curd & 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter
- Grease idli moulds.
- Fill the batter in the idli moulds
- Steam idlis for 15-20 min
- Remove the idli plates from the water pan
- Run a knife around the idlis. They will pop out of their moulds
- Serve soft and fluffy idlis with coconut peanut chutney & sambar.
