- Rince the Sevai (Vermicelli) in plain water and then steam cook the vermicelli for 6-8min in an idli pan
- After that rinse it with cold water. Mix a spoon of oil to the vermicelli
- Heat the oil and fry mustard seeds, onion, green chilies, curry leaves, cabbage, carrot, beans, and salt. Then mix the cooked vermicelli
- The nutritious millet vermicelli is ready to serve
