Noodles:-
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 min. Add oil and salt to taste. Too chewy - try cooking for longer. Too soft - rinse under cold water.
2. Drain the hot water and rinse with cold water.
3. Mix the noodles with your favorite pasta sauce or asian sauce and vegetables.
4. Nutritious millet noodles are ready to serve.
Vermicelli:-
1. Rince the Sevai (Vermicelli) in plain water and then steam cook the vermicelli for 6-8min in an idli pan.
2. After that rinse it with cold water. Mix a spoon of oil to the vermicelli.
3. Heat the oil and fry mustard seeds, onion, green chilies, curry leaves, cabbage, carrot, beans, and salt. Then mix the cooked vermicelli.
4. The nutritious millet vermicelli is ready to serve
