Cooking Instructions - 

  1. Rince the Sevai (Vermicelli) in plain water and then steam cook the vermicelli for 6-8min in an idli pan
  2. After that rinse it with cold water. Mix a spoon of oil to the vermicelli
  3. Heat the oil and fry mustard seeds, onion, green chilies, curry leaves, cabbage, carrot, beans, and salt. Then mix the cooked vermicelli
  4. The nutritious millet vermicelli is ready to serve
