Cooking Instructions
Dosa Mix:-
1. Add 1 measure of dosa mix to 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter.
2. Pre-heat the tawa.
3. Spread sufficient amount of banner on hot tawa on medium flame.
4. Add 1 tbsp of oil/ghee to the sides.
5. Roast till dosa gets golden & crispy.
6. Serve with coconut/mint chutney
Idli mix:-
1. Add 1 measure of idli mix to 1 measure of curd & 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter.
2. Grease idli moulds..
3. Fill the batter in the idli moulds.
4. Steam idlis for 15-20 min.
5. Remove the idli plates from the water pan.
6. Run a knife around the idlis. They will pop out of their moulds.
7. Serve soft and fluffy idlis with coconut peanut chutney & sambar..
Ingredients

Idli Mix:- Little Millet fine semolina, roasted black gram flour, baking soda, citrc acid, salt.
