Almond Flour Roti


  1. Sugar Watchers Almond Flour Mix
  2. Lukewarm water
  3. Olive Oil or Ghee


  1. Take 2 cups of almond flour, lukewarm water and olive oil or ghee. 
  2. Mix almond flour and water well and knead them to form a dough. 
  3. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. 
  4. Add some ghee to smoothen the texture of the dough. 
  5. Pat the dough into rotis. 
  6. Heat a non-stick tava and cook the rotis using ghee till golden brown on both sides.
