Almond Flour Roti
- Sugar Watchers Almond Flour Mix
- Lukewarm water
- Olive Oil or Ghee
- Take 2 cups of almond flour, lukewarm water and olive oil or ghee.
- Mix almond flour and water well and knead them to form a dough.
- Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add some ghee to smoothen the texture of the dough.
- Pat the dough into rotis.
- Heat a non-stick tava and cook the rotis using ghee till golden brown on both sides.
